Welcome to AFTRLIFE. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on our website. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Products and descriptions

We aim to display product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colours and prices as accurately as possible. Actual colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screens, lighting, materials or manufacturing processes.

Product availability may change, and we may correct genuine listing or pricing errors before an order is accepted. If a material error affects an order you have placed, we will contact you about the available options.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to availability, order verification and acceptance. Please check your order details, delivery address and contact information before completing checkout.

Payment must be completed through the payment methods made available at checkout. Custom 3D-printing orders are prepaid only and will not enter production until the final design, quote and payment have been approved and confirmed.

Custom 3D-printed products

Custom requests are subject to technical feasibility, material suitability, available production capacity and any necessary rights or permissions.

We may decline requests that cannot reasonably be produced, that require unavailable materials or capabilities, that infringe another party's rights, or that raise safety or legal concerns.

A reference image does not guarantee an exact reproduction. The final result may vary in colour, texture, dimensions and surface finish within the agreed specifications and capabilities of the printing process.

Production begins only after the quote and specifications have been approved and payment has been received.

Third-party designs and intellectual property

Customers who submit files, images or links must have the necessary rights or permissions to use them for the requested purpose.

If a design is sourced from a third-party platform, commercial printing and sale must be permitted by its applicable licence. We may decline to print or sell designs where the required permissions cannot be established.

AFTRLIFE's own website content, branding, photographs and original designs may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

Prices, taxes and shipping

Prices and applicable charges will be presented during the purchase or quote process. Shipping, taxes and any additional charges will be disclosed as applicable before payment is completed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may vary by destination, courier service, product availability and custom production requirements.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled according to our published Return & Refund Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, infringe third-party rights or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

Third-party services

Some store features may be provided by third parties, including payment, shipping, file-upload and website applications. Their own terms may apply to the relevant services.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. Any other limitations will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
