What is AFTRLIFE?
AFTRLIFE is a design-object brand focused on distinctive everyday objects, thoughtful forms and creative pieces for your space.
Can I request a completely custom 3D-printed product?
Yes. Share a reference image, describe your idea and tell us your preferred dimensions. We'll review whether it can be made and provide a quote before production.
How is a custom product priced?
Custom quotes depend on estimated filament usage, product size, print complexity, quantity and any additional design work. We'll confirm the final price and applicable delivery charges before you pay.
Are custom orders prepaid?
Yes. Custom orders are prepaid. We begin production after the design, final price and payment have been confirmed.
Can I upload a picture of what I want?
Absolutely. You can share a reference image or sketch to explain your idea. An image helps us understand the look, but the final design must still be assessed for printability and cost.
Can I request a model I found online?
You can send us a link to a model you like. We'll check whether it can be printed and whether its licence permits commercial printing before confirming your order.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product, printing time, order quantity and destination. For custom orders, we'll communicate the expected production and delivery timeline before payment.
What if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us with your order details and clear photos of the damage. We'll review the issue and help according to our applicable shipping, return and replacement policy.
