What is AFTRLIFE?

AFTRLIFE is a design-object brand offering distinctive everyday objects, home decor, desk accessories and selected 3D-printed creations.

Are your products ready-made or made to order?

We offer products listed in our store. Certain custom creations are made to order after we review the requirements and confirm the quote.

Custom 3D printing

Can I get my own idea 3D-printed?

Yes. Submit a reference image, sketch or model link through our custom-order form. We'll review the idea and let you know whether it can be produced.

Can I order something I found on MakerWorld or another design website?

You can share the model link. We'll check whether it is printable and whether its licence permits commercial printing and sale before confirming your request.

Can I upload an image instead of a 3D model?

Yes. A reference image helps explain the idea. However, it may not contain enough information to reproduce the object accurately, so additional details or a suitable 3D model may be needed.

How is the price of a custom product calculated?

Estimated filament usage in grams multiplied by ₹5 is one part of our starting calculation. The final quote may also include design work, print complexity, finishing, shipping and applicable taxes or other charges. We confirm the final price before payment.

Do I need to pay in advance for custom orders?

Yes. Custom orders are prepaid only. We begin production after the specifications and quote have been approved and payment is received.

Can every design be printed?

No. Printability depends on size, geometry, material, strength requirements and available equipment. We'll review your request before accepting it.

Shipping and delivery

How long does delivery take?

Our usual delivery estimate is approximately 5–7 days, depending on your location and courier service. Custom orders may require additional production time. We'll communicate the expected timeline for your order.

Will I receive tracking details?

Where tracking is available, we'll share the tracking information after dispatch.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a product?

Eligible ready-made products may be considered for return under our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

Can I return a custom-made item?

Custom items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns after production begins. This does not remove any rights you may have if an item is damaged, defective or materially different from the approved specifications, or under applicable law.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved, we aim to initiate it within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the amount.
