At AFTRLIFE, we prepare orders carefully and aim to get them to you as smoothly as possible.

Order processing

For ready-made products, processing time depends on product availability and order requirements.

Custom 3D-printed products require additional preparation and production time. We will confirm the expected production timeline after your custom design and quote have been approved and payment has been received.

Estimated delivery time

Our usual delivery estimate is approximately 5–7 days, but the actual time depends on your delivery location, courier service, product availability and, for custom orders, production requirements.

This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Remote locations, courier delays, public holidays, weather or other circumstances outside our control may extend delivery times.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be shown or communicated before payment is completed. Charges may vary depending on the destination, package size, weight and shipping service.

For custom orders, the final quote will clearly identify shipping and any additional charges before you approve and pay.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, we will share the tracking information once the shipment has been dispatched.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please check your delivery address and contact details carefully when placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delays or failed delivery.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery or an uncollected parcel, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment. We will discuss the available options with you.

Delays and damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, please contact us so we can review the available tracking information.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can assess the issue.
